Due to the nature and cost of industrial equipment such as laser machines, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• a. The machine is damaged or defective on delivery.
• b. The machine delivered is not as per the confirmed order.

2. Conditions for Return and Refund

To qualify for a refund:

• a. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
• b. Any damage due to improper handling or installation by the customer will void eligibility for refund or replacement.
• c. A thorough inspection will be conducted by our service team before processing any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• a. Custom-built or specially modified machines.
• b. Change of mind after shipment.
• c. Machine used or installed.
• d. Delays in delivery due to logistics, strikes, or natural causes beyond our control.
• e. Failure to provide proper power setup or space as per installation guidelines.

4. Refund Processing

• a. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original mode of payment.
• b. Any applicable deductions for transportation, inspection, or bank charges will be communicated before refund.

5. Warranty Support

If the machine is not eligible for a refund but is covered under warranty, we will provide repair or replacement of defective parts as per our warranty policy.
